The large 6 bedroom villa ( sleeps 12/14) is situated at the end of a quiet lane, in unspoilt, peaceful surroundings, set amongst a secluded and tranquil natural pine forest, surrounded by muscatel grape vines, and orange groves, yet only 800m from one of the many blue flag beaches of the Moraira region.
Moraira’s, street café bars, restaurants, chique boutiques and international yacht marina are just a 5min stroll away, from our villa in Moraira.

This large 6 bedroom detached villa is available to sleep 12/14. Both the upper and lower levels each provide individual self-contained apartments, ideal for a large family or two families wishing to holiday together. Situated at the end of a quiet lane, the secluded grounds have an 8 x 4 metre private pool, well maintained gardens, terrace and BBQ areas. All within 800 metres of Moraira's town, sandy beach, pretty marina, shops and restaurants....

The villa accommodation on the
ground floor is most suitable for the elderly as there is
level access throughout.
There are cots and high chairs available, with a good selection of pool toys
for children, with sun
loungers, chairs and tables for dining.
Whilst the villa will sleep 12 in bedrooms, a further two may be
accommodated on the comfortable double sofa bed in
the sitting room. There are
delightful sea views form the upper terrace to the beach and Moraira castle.
Relaxing by the pool.
The property is surrounded by pine trees and a tropical garden, with a variety of shrubs. With a large terrace and private pool for guests use.
Whilst private, our south facing villa is ideal for sun lovers all year round,
as it is basked in sun all day, with just a short stroll of 800m to the nearby
beach and Moraira town, it is the perfect retreat for your family holiday.

ACCOMMODATION
The
villa consists of two separate units.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with ensuite, 1 twin bedroom, with adjacent
shower, sitting room with TV, DVD. Delightful south facing dining room with
sea views. Large sun terrace with loungers overlooking the pool with sea and
castle views. Fully equipped kitchen with sea view,
complete with a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave & grill, juicer,
toaster etc. Study area with wi/fi. Air-con and ceiling fan provided.
Downstairs: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin/double bedrooms with pool views, with a smaller twin room ideal for teenagers. 1 large bathroom with two wash hand basins. 1 walk in shower room. The sitting/dining room is equipped with a DVD, a selection of dvds, books and games. There is direct level access to the pool, sun terrace with ample seating and sun loungers. It is also possible for those with small children to have a private 2 bed/bath suite with kitchenette area, own entrance & terrace.
