We offer yoga holidays and retreats in Spain. Yoga holidays that combine an holistic experience with a range of therapeutic and rejuvenating activities from which we create your own bespoke yoga holiday.
Our yoga holidays and retreats are located in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Yoga holidays are located at the end of a quiet lane set amongst the pine trees of Moraira, yet only 800m from Moraira Beach and a short stroll into the quiet town of Moraira. During your Yoga Holiday, we will share meals together, both on the sun terrace and in the town, all included in the cost of your Yoga break in Spain.
Kate our Hatha Yoga Teacher,
Kate was a Member of Royal Ballet’s corps de ballet in their Ballet For All and appeared in Coppelia and La Sylphide, touring Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle and Far East, South Pacific and Australasia as Head Girl, and choreographer in musicals in London's West End. Her beautiful relaxing voice has been chosen for Voice overs, on the local radio, the BBC, ITV and feature films.
Kate combines her formal ballet training with 23 years of modern dance and her experience as a choreographer, to produce her own dynamic style of Hatha Yoga, whilst her soothing voice and breathing techniques bring the body to a state of complete awareness and balance.
Kate teaches the art of practising physical postures known as asanas; there are eight of these, combined with breathing techniques to brings the body to a state of complete awareness and balance.
Yoga holidays are located at the end of quiet lane set amongst the trees, yet only 800m to Moraira Beach, a short stroll into the quiet town of Moraira. During your Yoga Holiday, we will share meals together, both on the sun terrace and in the town.
Join us for a Yoga weekend or longer, on the coast of the Mediterranean and enjoy twice daily Hatha Yoga, whilst walking and hiking through the mountains, or coastal paths of Spain.
