Daily Yoga given by Kate combining her formal ballet training with 23 years of modern dance and her experience as a choreographer, to produce her own dynamic style of Hatha Yoga, whilst her soothing voice and breathing techniques bring the body to a state of complete awareness and balance.

Being expertly guided through your Yoga weekend, beginners will feel at ease, as they learn the basic techniques and Yoga postures, whilst the more advanced progress to the next level.

Daily Pilates on the beach given by Nola, giving a slow intensive workout for those abdominals.

Our Pilates Yoga weekends & Breaks are located at the end of quiet lane set amongst the trees, yet only 800m to Moraira Beach and a short stroll into the quiet town of Moraira.
