On our Running Breaks Fitness weekends, you can train with runners of all abilities, whilst enjoying a relaxing holiday with other activities, including Yoga weekends, coached Tennis, Cycling and diving.
Our Running Weekends cater for beginners and advanced running enthusiasts, singles, groups and clubs. On our Running breaks we offer Yoga specifically for runners, as Yoga is beneficial to all.

Running Breaks, Paul Fletcher is a UK qualified athletics coach, having Lecturered fro 10 years. Paul now works in the fitness industry, helping clients who want to get fit and athletes wishing to better their PB. Paul is currently training for the World Championships in Malaga. September 2018
The majority of our guests are single girls, training for their first 10km or London, Berlin or other Marathon.
We cater for all levels of ability and distance. Paul is currently racing over distances between 1 mile and half Marathon. The picture here shows Paul racing over 7km.
His extensive running experience includes both road and shorter track races at 800m and 3km. Although many of you may view these as sprints, Paul has also raced over 10 miles and half Marathon distance.
So if you want a long run of 20 miles or some interval training on the track, join Paul and improve your Pb.

Paul's experience is invaluable for coaching because he runs both track and road races. He specialises in training athletes in speed work, whether they are training for a Marathon or middle distance. But speed work is also invaluable for runners of all abilities no matter what distance they are training for.
Paul gives private training to athletes, and guests who come to Running Holidays to train and relax, on their fitness break.

Paul's advice is both relevant and up to date, being based on his current training and experience. Paul trains and runs with two Veteran Masters athletes who have competed in the Olympics of 1980 and 1984
He works with all levels of ability, and welcomes requests for help from people of all sporting or even non-sporting backgrounds. Paul's aim is simply to help people achieve their best and above all to enjoy their sport.
