The weekends cover every aspect of effective training and race preparation, for runners of all abilities - so don't worry about whether you're good enough to attend - it's a friendly, inclusive atmosphere, and enthusiasm is all you need. All runners are escorted, whatever your pace. And it's not all hard work - you will have time to sun bathe on the beach 800m away and walk into the nearby town just a 5min stroll. Accommodation is based on a full board basis, in either shared or single accommodation.

All you need to do is arrange your flights to Spain. In the winter months you can fly to Spain for as little as £50 return, that is less than it would cost to travel from London to the Lakes or west country and get there in half the time.

|Friday||Arrival. Like minded runners of all ability arrive for
drinks and a meal.
Group Objectives and Personal Goals, with a Question and Answer session.
Optional easy 10k run along the coast of Moraira
|Saturday||Early morning Road and Beach run, followed by a healthy breakfast.
Discover the beaches of Moraira and El Portet.
Evening local 10K race, held on most weekends.
Dinner at a local restaurant, followed by drinks. ( Approx. 10 Euros)
|Sunday||Guided run with a choice of route and distance.

Paul is our resident qualified UK Athletic coach who will give you professional advice and training. We cater for beginners who never have run before to the faster, more experience club runner.
And because many of our runners belong to a club, beginners have a great opportunity to run with other experienced runners in a relaxed and non-pressured environment.
We generally run at a pace of between 6:00 and 8:30 minutes per mile. Many runs are much slower, whilst others will be a lot faster.
The runs are varied, from flat road to hills and lots of beach. There is also a track available for speed and interval training.
